Angle Roof Block
The new generation of roof blocks for use in beam-and-block ceilings consists of a fire-resistant expanded polystyrene (EPS) layer on top and a reinforced lightweight concrete layer underneath, with a seating area designed to rest on the beam

Project Objectives
The Angle Roof Block combines all the advantages of similar products while completely eliminating the disadvantages and issues of previous generations.
This block is an exclusive product resulting from years of practical and research experience and has the potential to capture a significant share of the 50 million square meter concrete ceiling market in the country.
Elimination of False Ceilings and Lath Work:
Reduced construction costs
Shorter execution time
Increased usable floor-to-ceiling height
Reinforced Lightweight Concrete Layer Beneath the Block:
Allows direct plastering under the ceiling with minimal additional materials
Creates a durable ceiling shell, enabling easy installation of fixtures such as chandeliers, curtain rods, and cameras using screws and wall plugs
Prevents cracking and ensures safety for the ceiling installation team during pouring and setup
Separates the EPS layer with thermal insulation materials, enhancing building safety
Additional Benefits:
Faster and easier installation compared to all similar materials
Lightweight design contributes to reduced overall ceiling weight
The technical approval issued by the Building and Housing Research Center of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development explicitly confirms the possibility of applying gypsum plaster directly onto the block surface—eliminating the need for ceiling lathing (rabitz work).
The approval also highlights the block’s high resistance to heat and bending
